Stress Massage

The Stress Massage is a therapeutic treatment specifically designed to relieve accumulated tension in the areas where stress is most commonly held: the neck, face, scalp, and, when chosen, the back.

You can choose between two options depending on where your body is holding the most tension:

1 hour: Neck, face, and scalp

1 hour: 30 minutes back + 30 minutes neck, face, and scalp

Through targeted massage techniques, I work to relax tight muscles, improve circulation, ease discomfort, and promote a deep sense of physical and mental relaxation. The treatment can help reduce stress levels, relieve tension headaches, calm the nervous system, and support better mental clarity and sleep quality.

This targeted approach addresses both the physical manifestations of stress and the need for mental relief. By focusing on the areas where tension naturally accumulates, each session becomes a valuable tool for managing everyday stress and supporting overall well being.

Benefits

Each session is adapted to your chosen treatment option and the areas where you feel the most tension.

Choose the best option for you

Stress Massage is ideal for those experiencing stress related tension, frequent headaches, neck stiffness, or tension in the back.

Option 1: 1 hour

A full hour focused on the neck, face, and scalp, ideal if you tend to hold stress primarily in the head and neck area.

Option 2: 1 hour

30 minutes focused on the back and 30 minutes focused on the neck, face, and scalp, ideal if you experience tension both in your back and upper body.

Both options are designed to provide therapeutic relief while encouraging deep relaxation and a calmer state of mind. When practiced regularly, Stress Massage can become a valuable part of your self care routine and overall stress management.

Yes. Since the session includes focused work on the neck, face, and scalp, it can help relieve muscular tension related to headaches, jaw tightness, and facial stiffness. Many clients notice a sense of openness and ease afterward.

Yes, you can. This massage is not as deep as a full-body deep-tissue session, so you don’t need a long recovery window. However, giving your body a few hours of rest is recommended so you can fully enjoy the relaxation effects.

Absolutely. By working on areas where many people store emotional and mental tension—especially the neck, shoulders, and scalp—this massage helps calm the nervous system and reduce the physical symptoms of stress.

Yes. Because this treatment targets key tension areas and activates the body’s relaxation response, it’s very common to feel sleepy, grounded, or profoundly relaxed after the session.
